1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., credential sharing, reselling)
  • This is your first refund request for the same plan

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Renewals: auto-renewal charges are non-refundable if the service has been used in the new period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Test/trial subscriptions purchased specifically for evaluation purposes

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at refunds@iptvsmarterspro.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email Address]"
  2. Include your order confirmation number (found in your welcome email)
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for service improvement)
  4. We will process your request and respond within 24 hours

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate account termination and may be contested. Our support team resolves billing issues in 24 hours or less.

6. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact our support team first. Many streaming issues can be resolved quickly and we would prefer to fix the problem rather than issue a refund. However, if we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 30-day window.
