1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPTV Smarters Pro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

IPTV Smarters Pro provides a media player application and IPTV subscription service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide data via the internet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the right to enter into this agreement.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share your credentials with individuals outside your household
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our IPTV streams
• Use automated tools to scrape or record stream content at scale
• Circumvent our technical protection measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Content Disclaimer

IPTV Smarters Pro is a technology platform. We do not produce, host, or own the content made available through our service. All content is sourced from third-party providers and is the responsibility of those providers. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, acts of God, or third-party failures may temporarily affect availability. Compensation for extended outages (over 48 consecutive hours) will be evaluated case-by-case.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions immediately and without refund in cases of: credential sharing, reselling, or other violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Smarters Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
